The metropolitan city Bangalore is the third most populous city in India (according to the Census of India, 2011). Because of the high concentration of Information Technology (IT) industries, the city is also known as the “Silicon Valley of India”. 

Through various surveys, it is observed that the real estate sector of the city is ranked to be one of the leading ones in India at present. The high growth rate in the real estate sector of the city led to its high demand for various real estate properties.
