Our story starts from where the mindset of a student got stuck in witnessing the massive impact created by an organisation in remotest of the areas of Gujarat, where farming, commercial activity, transportation or even the basic facilities were unimaginable. After five years, the same place became known as DHOLERA SIR. It is a place where investment from international investors, an economy of 5 million, industrial activities of 5 crore, residential establishments, and a global standard commute system were created to change the spectrum of the place to boost the Indian economy.

It is evident that such splendid developments are occurring all across India, but we as citizens are busy in our relevant fields such as IT, Pharma, Medical, etc, not realising how interesting, huge, and impactful is this field of real estate, which not only contributes to the growth of commercial activities but also provides home and investment opportunities. 

A group of people namely Arvind, Saloni, Jaimin, Aatam, and Arpit pledged to not only change the face of the industry but also set up a community for those who are willing to think, speak, participate and get involved in the field of real estate.
