The Covid 19 pandemic and the digital spaces have changed the landscape of the way people behave at the social level and also the way people purchase. It has allowed the businesses to compensate for the losses incurred during the pandemic by increasing sales. 

During a pandemic, every construction came to a halt for a certain amount of period and left every real estate player and buyer into the spell of confusion. As staying at home was the only option left, visiting the site was no more the option.

That’s when the digital space came into the picture.

Video Walk-through in Real Estate

The site visit was restricted during the pandemic and staying at home was the only option left. One of the media types, Video Format can be experienced by the audio and visual senses.

The other senses can be incorporated through various techniques, but that’s not the scope of this blog. The video walk-through is one of the components of video marketing.

The video walkthrough comes in two formats,

  1. Virtual walkthrough 
  2. Real-life project walkthrough 

The Virtual walkthrough is used before the construction of the project, mainly for the advertisement. There are numerous agencies for making the 3D, rendering, and walkthrough.

Real-life project walkthroughs are made after the project completion. They are also used for advertisements. Making the walkthrough of the project does not require so much expertise.
