Square meter is one of the most commonly used units to measure large parcels of land, rooms, or houses. Also known as the square meter and represented by m2, it is primarily used to measure areas.

A Hectare is used to measure the area of land. When the area of land must be measured in large amounts, this unit comes into use. The symbol for Hectare is “Ha”.

1 Sq.ft= 9.290 Hectare
The Government of India requires, for measuring square yards, the rate of an area to be measured in (the amount in Rs.) per square yard.
1 sq.yard = 9 sq.ft = 8.361 hectare
Particularly for properties in the real estate sector, this unit of measurement is referred to as Square feet. This unit comes into play when we have to calculate or understand how much space the property has.
